Discover through a webinar how to apply neurostrategy in your business and how to land it with multiple success stories

The pandemic revealed to us even more, if possible, the effectiveness of webinars, or remote seminars, for multiple purposes; for instance, in the case of Kernel and Minsait-Kernel, for:
1. Explaining our neurostrategy practice, its methodology and technology, with multiple success stories, and both in a multisectoral way and vertically to a specific industry.
2. Expose its application to a specific topic, such as customer experience.
3. Hold work sessions with clients on specific challenges to, already in the same meeting, provide them with differential value and, if appropriate, offer them an optimal collaboration approach.
4. Etc.

As an example of the former, as Minsait-Kernel we offered a webinar entitled “Why do customers tell you one thing and do another?”, aimed at customer managers and prospects from all sectors. It was a great success, with over a hundred attendees. In this seminar we answered questions as relevant to executives as:
a. What is neuroscience and how can it help you in your business? We explaned the best practices worldwide.
b. Why do customers say one thing and do another? We showed what is the key for you to really know your customers.
c. Do you have challenges with which you have not just hit the key? We exposed how you can approach business situations for which you cannot find a rational explanation.
d. What attributes should you prioritize to position your company or, for example, a product, in the market? We learned what is the most efficient way to reformulate the value proposition to consolidate your company (or product, service, channel, experience, journey, etc.) as a benchmark and maximize commercial success.
e. Bonus track: Do you know your employees? We discovered a new perspective for talent management in your organization.

An example of the second was a specific webinar for a large international bank on how neurostrategy allowed them to reformulate and even reinvent their customer experience and journeys. The webinar was given in three languages (Spanish, English and Portuguese) and not only did a multitude of bank executives from all over the world attend (more than twenty countries), but each webinar also generated webinars and workshops on specific challenges in several countries that, in many cases, led to new neurostrategy projects in the firm.
