Challenge

Need for repositioning and differentiation of the various businesses to remedy the drop in sales (due to the price war in the industry and new entrants, among others).

Project

 Starting with a neuro-discovery, its new neuro-strategy and the neuro-experiences of their customers and prospects in their markets and target segments were redefined and designed. KBC is co-leading their implementation.

Results

1- Design of a new premium neuro-experience for patients with a prism of luxury and comfort. “New Clinics to which you want to go …”
2- Different positionings and portfolios were designed to target publics, specific insurance policies were available to access segments for each brand/business, all them with exclusive experiences, offerings and centers / clinics.
3- Repositioning as premium and innovative institution, growing substantially in volume of sales and margin.
